These terms cover your use of Landed at landedcards.com. Landed is run by Ethan Stoner, a sole proprietor in California ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them. If you're signing up for a shop, you're agreeing on the shop's behalf and confirm you're allowed to.

What Landed does

Landed suggests shelf prices for trading cards and sealed product, based on recent sales and listings on public online marketplaces, and keeps a record of your shop's inventory and stickers. Suggested prices are estimates, not appraisals or guarantees. Market data can be late, thin or wrong, and the source marketplaces can change or become unavailable. You decide what to charge. Every price shows the evidence behind it so you can check it before you use it.

Landed is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by TCGplayer or any other marketplace or card publisher.

Your account

You need to be at least 18 to create an account. Keep your sign-in details private. You're responsible for what happens under your account and for the staff you invite to your shop. Tell us straight away at support@landedcards.com if you think someone else has access.

Free trial

A new shop gets a 14-day free trial of the Shop plan, capped at 100 cards. No card is needed to start it. One trial per person: extra shops you create share the same trial period. When the trial ends, pricing stops until you choose a plan. Your inventory stays readable and exportable either way.

Plans, billing and renewal

Paid plans are billed per shop, monthly or annually, in US dollars, at the prices on the pricing page when you subscribe. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. If we change a plan's price, we'll email the shop owner at least 30 days before the change applies to you.

Going over a plan's monthly card allowance never stops you pricing. We'll let you know and suggest a plan that fits.

Cancelling

The shop owner can cancel any time from Your shop → Manage subscription, or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Refunds

If you're charged and didn't mean to be, email us within 14 days of the charge and we'll refund it in full. That covers a forgotten trial or an annual renewal you meant to cancel. Other than that, payments for a period that has started aren't refunded, except where the law requires it or we've failed to provide the service.

We may suspend an account that does any of these. Where it's reasonable, we'll contact you first.

Your data

Your shop's inventory, stickers and pricing rules belong to you. You can export your inventory at any time. We use your data only to run Landed for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. If you close your account, email us and we'll delete your shop's data within 30 days, apart from billing records we're required to keep.

Changes and availability

We work to keep Landed running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or stop features. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email shop owners before the change takes effect. If we ever shut Landed down, we'll give at least 30 days' notice and refund any prepaid time you haven't used.

Liability

Landed is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit from a price you set. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
