What counts as one price calculation?
One card put through Landed is one calculation, however many conditions come back. A single card can mean a dozen lookups behind the scenes — that's our cost, not something you should have to think about.
What happens if I exceed my monthly allowance?
Landed keeps working. We'll ask you to upgrade before your next billing period. A shop should never be stood in front of a customer and hit a wall.
Do you charge per employee?
No. Counter includes 2 staff accounts; Shop and Multi-Store are unlimited. You're buying a tool for the shop, not seats.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days, no credit card required.
Do you take a percentage of my sales?
Never. Landed is a flat monthly subscription. It prices cards; it has no involvement in selling them and takes no cut.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Does Landed work with more than Pokémon?
The pricing method isn't specific to one game and the same approach works across TCGplayer categories. Pokémon is what we've tested most heavily, so treat other categories as less proven for now.
How does Landed calculate a price?
It takes recent completed sales for that exact card, printing and condition, adds shipping to each to get the landed cost, discards outliers and listings that aren't comparable, then takes the median and rounds to a whole dollar. A worse grade is never priced above a better one.
Can I verify the listings behind a calculated price?
Yes — that's the point. Every price expands into the sales it used and the ones it excluded, each with a reason, plus a link to that condition at the source so you can check it yourself.
Does Landed work with sealed products?
Yes. Sealed product has a single condition rather than the NM-to-Damaged ladder, and Landed prices it from completed sales rather than asking prices — which matters, because sealed listings include a lot of things that aren't the product they claim to be.
