Landed is run by Ethan Stoner, a sole proprietor in California. This page explains what we collect when you use landedcards.com, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
What we collect
- Account details. Your name, email address and sign-in details, and the shop you create or join, including its name and its staff.
- Shop data. The cards and sealed product you add to inventory, quantities, sticker prices, pricing rules and profiles, and a log of which staff member changed what, kept for about 13 months.
- Usage. Which cards were priced and when, so we can count plan allowances and apply rate limits.
- Billing. Your plan, subscription status and the billing email address. Card details go straight to Stripe, and we never receive the full card number.
- Technical logs. Our hosting provider records standard request logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) to keep the service running and secure.
Why we use it
To run Landed for you: signing you in, pricing cards, keeping your inventory, billing your plan, answering support requests, and keeping the service secure and working. We email you only about your account, your billing or changes to the service.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare hosts the site and stores shop data.
- Clerk handles accounts, sign-in and shop membership.
- Stripe handles payments and subscriptions.
Each of these processes data under its own privacy terms, and only to provide its service to us. When we look up a card's price we query public marketplace data. Nothing about you or your shop is sent in those requests.
Cookies and browser storage
We use the cookies Clerk needs to keep you signed in, plus your browser's local storage for your recent searches and screen preferences. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Keeping and deleting it
We keep your data while your account is open. Email support@landedcards.com and we'll send you a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account and your shop's data within 30 days. We keep billing records only as long as tax law requires.
Security
All traffic uses HTTPS. Each shop's data is kept separate from every other shop's, and every request is checked against a verified sign-in. No system is perfectly secure. If we learn of a breach that affects your data, we'll tell you promptly.
Children
Landed is for businesses and isn't meant for anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and email shop owners.
