Every sticker, quantity and rule change your staff have made. The price chart shows what the market did — this shows what you did.
Applied to every card, on top of the landed price. The evidence behind each number is unchanged — these adjust what you charge, and every adjustment is shown in the working.
Applies to every card. The evidence ledger always shows which records were counted and which were not, whatever you choose here.

The most recent this many, averaged together.
A narrow window reacts to a spike faster, but a quiet card may end up with no sales at all and fall back to active listings.
A sale far from the rest is usually a graded slab or a mistake — but on a thin card it may be the market.
"Match the card" prices in English, or in the card's own language when it has no English sales at all — a Japanese-set card would otherwise have no price. Languages are never mixed together.
Applied on top of the number above, and shown as its own line in the working.

"Always up" never prices below the landed cost.
Added to every price. Negative to undercut. A customer walks out with the card today, which is worth something.
Never sticker below this. Handling a card costs more than a few cents.
Handling a card costs you the same whether it sells for 50¢ or $500 — so one flat percentage forces you to choose between losing money on bulk and being uncompetitive on chase cards. Bands let cheap cards carry the handling and expensive ones run thin.
These replace the single markup above. Leave them empty to use one rate for everything.
